If it is a warranty problem or if you have apple care, they're great to the customer because they do as you say. they are actually an extremely good choice if you are wanting good support.Oh I agree. For a non-enterprise, non-professional system. ![]() They have really dropped the ball on their pro level stuff though as seen in recent videos with people having repair issues with their Mac Pros. ![]() For instance, if my Macbook has a problem and it is covered by warranty, I can walk into an Apple store and 9 out of 10 times walk out with a brand new Macbook or a repair within an hour while I sit in the food court eating a hamburger. If you hare having a basic problem, generally their support is the best in the industry. ![]()
